Service Overview

We provide freshly cooked meals in steal tiffin boxes delivered to your doorstep. All meals are made with care and quality ingredients. We use good brand of refine oil or ghee for our cooking.

Orders & Booking

Orders should be placed a day in advance before 8:00 PM or latest by 9:00 AM on the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM may not be accepted for the same day.

Delivery & Charges

Meals on the website are included with delivery charges wherever mentioned. Delivery charges may be applicable and will vary based on location. Lunch delivery timelines are between 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM approximately and may vary subject to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.

Subscription & Discounts

Customers can opt for daily, weekly, or monthly subscription. Customers those who opt for weekly or monthly subscriptions will be entitled for special discounts as applicable. Subscriptions must be paid in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation for the delivery day must be made a day prior to the delivery. Any cancellations after 9:00 AM are non-refundable. For advance bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery time to be eligible for a refund or adjustment. In case of any non-payment or default, Nutrilicious homemade tiffin services reserves the right of cancelling/holding the tiffin and refusing refund.

Payment

Payments can be made via cash on delivery or by UPI payments. All payments must be completed before delivery in case of online transactions.

Allergies & Food Preferences

Customers are responsible for informing us about any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing the order. We do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions if prior information is not shared.

Liability

While we take utmost care in preparing meals, we are not liable for any indirect damages, health issues, or delays beyond our control.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify menu items, delivery charges, or terms without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer as per our discretion.
